Shipping policy

Products are shipped from Wednesday to Friday, so if your order is made after 4pm on a Friday it will not be shipped until the following Wednesday. Orders are sent 1st Class Signed For with Royal Mail.

At Christmas, a last posting date will be provided after which we will not ship products.

At particularly hot times of year (25C+), we reserve the right not to ship your product until the temperature cools, particularly if your order contains wax melts, and not to ship on a Friday to reduce the time taken for transit.

All orders that exceed £50 will receive free shipping, and anyone with a TF postcode can select free delivery.
